<strong>Peri Pierone</strong>
Peri PieroneChief Executive Officer
As Eleven’s CEO, Peri oversees all of the company’s operations. He has an extensive background with numerous software companies both public and private. Prior to joining Eleven Peri was President & CEO of Axiom EPM an Enterprise Software company that was recognized for its excellent growth and customer satisfaction ratings garnering a #1 ranking several years running by industry analysts. He has held numerous management positions in the enterprise software domain over the last twenty-five years with companies like SAP, Business Objects, SRC Software and IPS Sendero (FISERV). Most recently Peri was the founding Principal at Abercrombie Paine, an organization that performs M&A advisory work in conjunction with the Corum Group, one of the world’s leading M&A firms. Peri graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and later received his MBA from Keller Graduate School.
<strong>Andrew Yorra</strong>
Andrew YorraChief Strategy Officer
Andrew is responsible for defining and driving company strategy, and managing key partner/client relationships. Andrew co-founded Eleven and has served many roles over the years, including CEO. In his various positions, he has been instrumental in growing the company and delivering a twelve year track record of revenue growth and ongoing profitability. Prior to starting Eleven, Andrew managed Tripwire’s business development organization where he grew key strategic partnerships that significantly grew company revenue and market leadership. Prior to joining Tripwire, Andrew was a corporate attorney at Tonkon Torp LLP, serving technology start-ups and venture capital firms. Andrew earned his law degree at the University of Oregon, and a B.A. degree from Colorado College.
<strong>Dan Lulich</strong>
Dan LulichChief Technology Officer
Dan is responsible for all technical operations at Eleven. His 25-year plus career has been focused on various aspects of corporate security, consumer safety, and national defense and is recognized as an expert in pattern recognition technologies in which he holds several patents. Prior to joining Eleven, Dan was responsible for the technology strategy and development for fraud detection leader iovation inc. Previously, Dan was the Executive Director of Safety, Security and Privacy at AOL, a division of Time Warner. At AOL, he led member safety technology initiatives including anti-virus, firewall, parental controls, anti-spyware, anti-spam, and anti-phishing. Dan has held senior executive positions for safety and security industry leaders including RuleSpace and WholeSecurity (now Symantec). He has also served as CTO for defense solution providers NITEK and Adaptive Solutions Inc. Dan earned his MS in Computer Science and Computer Engineering at the Oregon Graduate Institute of Technology.
<strong>Susan Liles</strong>
Susan LilesVP, Finance
Susan oversees the financial operations of Eleven. She has over 23 years of diverse financial management experience with leadership roles in both public and private companies. Prior to joining Eleven, Susan served as Corporate Treasurer of TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. and Treasury Manager for Tektronix. Susan holds a BA in international business and finance from Oregon State University and an MBA from Portland State University.
<strong>Eric Sullender</strong>
Eric SullenderVP, Products
Eric is responsible for the design and delivery of Eleven’s solutions. Eric joined Eleven as a software developer and the first employee over 11 years ago.
He has filled many roles during Eleven’s growth, but has maintained a core focus on building great products using innovative technology. Prior to joining Eleven, Eric was responsible for designing and developing a SaaS web application to provide nationwide commercial and residential real estate data at a small start-up in New York City. Eric began his career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen’s Advanced Technology Group advising small start-ups and large corporations on their Internet technology strategy. Eric holds a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University’s College of Engineering.
<strong>Coleen Carey</strong>
Coleen CareyVP, Marketing
Coleen heads up the marketing effort at Eleven. She comes with over 20 years of marketing experience in the telecommunications, consumer products and high tech industries with special focus in product marketing. Prior to Eleven, Coleen served as VP of Products at Urban Airship and Business Development Consultant at Lightspeed. She also built product teams at Webtrends and 3Com. Coleen holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA from Loyola University Chicago.
<strong>Shawn McCaughan</strong>
Shawn McCaughanVP, Customer Success
With nearly 20 years of experience in support and operations roles, Shawn leads the charge towards inspired service and customer satisfaction at Eleven. Prior to Eleven, Shawn served as VP of Support, IT Operations and Development at Dotster and Senior Director of Support and Hosted Operations at WebTrends. At KC Distance Learning and K12, he built the contact center from the ground up. He is known for being a leader of change, understanding and managing risk, and turning disorganized processes into world-class systems. Shawn holds a BA in Computer Science from Harding University.
<strong>Rich Rudolph</strong>
Rich RudolphVP, Sales
Rich brings over two decades of experience building and leading sales for diverse tech companies ranging in size and complexity from early stage pre-revenue start-ups to mature publicly traded corporations. Prior to Eleven, Rich held global head of sales roles at UK-based iJento, Sage Software (CRE), Attensa, Keynote Systems and WebTrends. Rich also provides coaching and consulting to mostly early stage tech SaaS companies on how to deploy a data-driven systematic sales process. Early in his career, Rich and his family relocated to the UK with Intersolv (Microfocus today) where he oversaw deployment of a global channel sales model in their international subsidiary. Rich has a BS in Economics from Oregon State University.
<strong>JP Hebert</strong>
JP HebertDirector, Channel & International Sales
With 20 years of experience in channel sales, direct sales, and marketing, JP leads Eleven’s international expansion effort via partner recruitment, development and management. Based in Montreal, Quebec, JP will also play an essential role in developing Eleven’s thought leadership in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Eleven, JP was the vice president of business development at Elfiq Networks where he led the sales organization, the marketing group, strategic alliances and the channel program. Before Elfiq, JP held senior sales positions within Symantec, McAfee, and was the first employee at Sybari Software in Canada –leading the team until the acquisition by Microsoft.
