Click-and-Go Access
For the fastest and simplest user experience, ElevenOS provides click-and-go access, where your guests simply agree to terms of use on a custom-branded portal page and login. You still can limit bandwidth so all guests get equal access and are provided a consistent experience.

Authentication Options
Just because you are giving away free Internet to guests doesn't mean you have to give it away to casual visitors, nearby businesses or guests at adjacent hotels. With ElevenOS, a range of authentication options are available.

Rotating Password Access
You can create a permanent user name and provide it to all guests. The password, however, can rotate on a periodic basis (as you choose), to assure that only registered guests are using your precious bandwidth. You can configure the password to rotate weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, and the updated password automatically gets emailed to your front desk staff, management or anyone else you have authorized. Plus, your staff can log into ElevenOS at anytime to view the password or change it for any reason.

Individual User Codes
Eleven's batch code system enables you to receive a set of single-use codes to maintain in a list or print onto cards for distribution to your guests. These codes can be used for all guests or just certain guests like VIPs and you can even offer low and high-bandwidth codes for greater flexibility.

Folio Authentication
To avoid any staff involvement, ElevenOS integrates with property management systems, so guests can simply enter their last name and room number to instantly gain Internet access. No codes to manage, passwords to share or any other involvement by hotel staff. Guests open their browser, enter their last name and room number and connect. With Eleven's unique last name matching features, guests can gain access even if your front desk staff mistyped the guest's name into the folio. Plus, ElevenOS advanced interface detection will allow guests onto the Internet even if your interface is having difficulties.

Loyalty or Custom Interface Options
