ElevenOS is hospitality's leading software platform to manage guest Internet (also known as HSIA). ElevenOS gives you and your network providers complete control over the guest experience from your hotel branding and overall look and feel to the details of your service offerings such as tiered bandwidth, usage times, and much more.

Through a common platform, you can centrally manage your portal content, create a host of different guest and staff accounts, and track usage and revenue. From a single hotel to large multi-property chains, ElevenOS provides an intuitive and flexible interface for easy management.

Customizable Guest Portal
ElevenOS includes a centralized content management system for designing your own guest experience, including all key aspects of the portal page such as layout, colors, images and much more. If you have multiple properties to manage, ElevenOS enables you to centrally configure all your hotels portal pages, and make updates across hundreds of hotels in minutes.

Tiered Bandwidth
ElevenOS lets you provide your guests a range of bandwidth options and vary those offerings in different parts of your hotel. If you have the bandwidth, and your guests are business travelers and other tech savvy users, you can now offer several services to meet their needs. With ElevenOS, you can offer multiple tiers of bandwidth at different prices.

Zoned Access
All plans can be configured to limit their use to certain parts of your property, like guest rooms and lobbies, while preventing those users from gaining access in conference areas. This means that lower priced or free Internet in guest rooms does not interfere with your meeting room Internet revenue.

Centralized Reporting
Through an intuitive web interface, you can track your usage and revenue at one hotel, or across the entire brand, ensuring you have the accurate, timely data required to run your business. Reports can be tailored to meet your unique needs, and easily exportable into spreadsheets for additional data analysis.
