Through ElevenOS, you can readily configure service features (including bandwidth, time and content), pricing, promotions and other key options, and change them on the fly to meet the changing needs of your guests.

Billing & Authentication
ElevenOS enables you to decide how guests authenticate and pay for your services. Payment options include bill-to-room, credit/debit cards and gift cards, while authentication options range from shared or individual access codes to folio verification and loyalty account validation. Because ElevenOS is an open platform, it can integrate with your existing systems or web-based services to meet your needs.

Content Management
Through a single interface, you can deliver relevant and hotel-centric content across a variety of guest interfaces, including laptops, business center computers, smart phones and more. That means that you won't have to work with various systems and service providers to deliver your message. Instead, through one platform, you can reach your guests across the hardware you provide and the rapidly growing range of devices your guests bring with them.

Interfaces
ElevenOS includes various interfaces into hotel systems such as property management systems and loyalty systems, along with interfaces into both network hardware and web services. Through open standards and a flexible architecture, Eleven is able to rapidly develop new interfaces to meet hoteliers' emerging needs and deliver unique experiences for guests.

Reporting
ElevenOS provides on-demand revenue and usage reporting across all services, such as snapshot night audit reports, high-level business results or ongoing IT reporting. Reports are readily exportable to Microsoft Excel® for further analysis. Web-based access means reports are available from any web-enabled computer or handheld, assuring all staff get the data they need, when they need it.
