Your hotel staff can access ElevenOS simply by using a web browser connected to the Internet. The system is so easy to learn even new staff members can quickly master its use, but with our automated tools, they won’t need to spend too much time.

Wired and Wireless Roaming, Meeting Room Segmentation
Your guests can roam between your wired and wireless networks throughout your property, if you’d like to let them. And, we allow you the ability to segregate meeting rooms from guest rooms, giving you the option to provide group accounts for meeting rooms where a single username and password can be shared by all meeting attendees. Our system’s flexibility will complement your guests’ needs.
Dynamic Pricing and Billing Options
Guests can pay for Internet access by credit card, or can bill it to their room, or you can provide free access – you decide. We integrate with most Property Management Systems, and even leading loyalty programs. Whether you offer Internet as a free service or fee based, ElevenOS offers ultimate flexibility and control.
Within ElevenOS, your administrators – as assigned – can create, edit and cancel accounts, including individual, group, rotating password and administrative accounts. ElevenOS’ audit capability assures that all changes to accounts are traceable to the administrator who made the changes.
Promotional codes can also be created by hotel staff and given to select guests to provide a discount (anywhere from 1% to 100%).
For guest Internet access, ElevenOS supports most modern browsers on Windows®,
Mac® and other operating systems, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Opera; as well as mobile and text-based browsers and screen readers.
Multiple Internet Service Offerings
Service variables include:
- Length of time including minutes, hours, days, weeks or months
- One-time access or subscription (recurring) access
- Bandwidth and public/private IP
Individual guest access methods are also available, including shared rotating password access (free-Internet hotels can simply provide all guests a shared username/password that changes periodically) and simple click- through access (guests agree to terms of use and click a button on the webpage).
