ElevenBC is part of a complete, turnkey hotel business center system that allows hotels to offer self-service, remotely managed guest computing solutions for email, accessing business applications and the Internet, as well as printing in both color and black and white. When paired with ElevenMFD – our software to automate fax, copy and scan functionalities – you’ll be able to offer your guests complete business center services. 

A credit card swipe allows guests to easily purchase computer access and provides your hotel a precise and automated way to capture revenue and enhance your guests’ technology experience.

Our Mac version runs on Apple® 20” iMac hardware and delivers dual operating systems (both Mac OS X & Windows®), with Microsoft® Office available on both operating systems. Our Windows-only product runs on Dell’s XPS line of all-in-one systems.
 
ElevenBC is fully managed remotely – and Eleven provides all software updates, system monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure your business center truly improves your guests’ experience.

• Eleven loads each system with all required operating systems, applications and other content, and then configures each system to your price and brand specifications. 
• Eleven’s Project Team has dedicated project managers who manage all aspects of each business center deployment, ensuring reliable and timely installation that is tailored to your needs

Both ElevenBC and ElevenMFD leverage all of the centralized management tools of ElevenOS, including content management, service provisioning, user and administrative account management.
