ElevenBC is a cost-effective, centrally managed, all-in-one guest computer and printing solution for guest use. It is the first guest computer solution that offers both Mac OS X and Windows environments. At the completion of each user session, all content, data and security vulnerabilities are removed. Administrators control the system via a centralized web interface, allowing easy maintenance, brand control and robust usage reporting. ElevenBC can display the hotel or franchisor brand, allowing consistent guest experience.

General

Turnkey, all-in-one solution

ElevenBC runs on an Intel-based 20” Apple iMac computer, which is a self-contained, elegant system.

Windows and OS X operating systems

Both Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X are available for use by guests without rebooting the computer, including switching during a session.

Marketing via 20” monitor

The high-quality computer display markets ElevenBC using 180 sq. inches and can be customized to the brand of the hotel.

Full color and black-and-white printing

Included is a high-quality color printer that hotels can charge guests to print through ElevenBC.

All user data fully removed

Upon session termination all user data, including installed applications, files, URLs, cookies, passwords – are removed.

Full Microsoft Office suite for both OSes

Guests can use the full version of Microsoft Office in both Windows and OS X environments.

Plans are defined with any world currency for international operators and hotel brands.

Granular pricing control

Control pricing per time block, such as fifteen minutes or two hours, as well as color/black-and-white print pricing.

Free/fee option

Hotels can offer first time limited use free, then charge for each session after, and limit by credit card number.

Configurable support message

Administrators can configure a support message, including a separate phone number custom for each ElevenBC system.

Central management and monitoring

ElevenBC is centrally monitored, upgraded and managed at the Eleven network operations center. Included in monitoring are settings for each printer, such as toner and status.

Maintenance screen

In the event of an Internet outage or system problem, the computer screen displays a maintenance message that is immediately and automatically removed upon resolution.

Refund full or partial charges

Address guest issues by enabling hotel staff or supervisors to quickly refund credit card charges for guest Internet purchases.

Comprehensive role system

Easily manage administrative access to data using roles and associating by user, location or groups of locations.
