Kimpton Hotels Case Study

Kimpton Hotels, based in San Francisco, has been steadily filling a niche in the hotel industry. Each of the forty boutique hotels has its own distinctive flavor - all offering a great hotel experience. Over the past eighteen months seven new hotels have been added.
